Robert Beauduy / My story
Confidence came
with structure.
I'm Rob. Before bodybuilding or my first triathlon, I was trying to turn random workouts into a routine. A clearer approach to training and nutrition helped me build consistency and confidence. It's part of why I coach today.

Finding structure
I needed a plan, too.
Early on, my workouts were random. I had no clear approach to training or nutrition, and there were setbacks and stretches when I fell out of the routine.
Having structure in my training and nutrition helped me become more consistent. My confidence grew with those habits. I bring that experience to helping other people find their way with training.
Rob's journey
Bodybuilding
Getting comfortable on stage.
Bodybuilding became part of my training. I've shared moments of disappointment, stage moments I'm proud of, and what it took to become more comfortable posing.
The medal photograph captures one moment in my own story. Before it came the everyday work of training, nutrition and staying consistent.

Finding another starting line.
My first triathlon gave me another challenge to take on. When I finished, I thanked the people who had supported me along the way.
I've also taken part in a Spartan race alongside my wife, clients, friends and family. Faith and family matter to me, and fitness has become something I share with people in my life.
